Registration fees include access to all sessions of the scientific programme (except accompanying person), refreshments and lunches during the congress, participation in opening and closing ceremonies and networking and reception events.
Presenters must be registered with one of the 3 day registration packages.

Registration ClosedWorkshop participation and the social event on Thursday evening are not included in the base registration fee.
Registration fees include membership of EAWOP until May 2023 (except One–day and Accompanying person). Membership benefits include access to EAWOP Journals, eligibility for EAWOP events and funding opportunities. Details of the membership benefits are available on the EAWOP website.

We have negotiated special rates for hotels in easy reach of the SEC congress venue. Bookings made through this link can be paid on arrival and there is no cancellation fee until 48 hours prior to arrival for an individual room booking – so you can book with confidence that you will not lose money if for any reason you cannot travel.
Many of the hotels are on the SEC campus in walking distance of the venue. Others are in the nearby city centre. Accommodation is available at a range of prices starting from £45 per night.
